GroupVerve AIS: Collaborative eAIP Production System
GroupVerve™ is an innovative web-based software facilitating the collaborative production, edition and publication of business-critical documents in XML format. GroupVerve AIS is tailor-made for managing the complete life-cycle of the electronic AIP and other AIS documents.

AIS Community
GroupVerve AIS is designed and developed in close collaboration with Belgocontrol to ensure full compliance with AIS safety and operational requirements.
GroupVerve AIS offers specific features for AIS offices:
- eAIP production: follows complete EUROCONTROL eAIP Specification, including Supplements and Circulars;
- Automated Amendments procedures: eAIP Amendments are marked-up automatically using Synclude eAIPDiff™ software (also available separately);
- eAIP validation: full validation including eAIP additional rules;
- Single-click Publication: eAIP Amendments publication process fully automatised, including checklist of pages;
- EUROCONTROL SDP-compliant: GroupVerve fully supports SDP, including automatised log sheets, and can be adapted to any specific procedure.
Safety procedures
GroupVerve AIS facilitates implementation of high-level safety procedures. Document workflows can be adapted to local procedures and most of the production chain, including document validation, amendments production and publication, is automatised to reduce the risk of a human error. Still, users stay in control. For example, the Quality Controller has the last word before authorising publication.

- XSL-FO rendering software must be RenderX XEP 3.x or above (eAIP Specification makes use of XSL-FO elements not supported by Apache FOP as of version 0.20.5)
