Software and Technology Support Services

Synclude offers support services on our software and related technologies. Our support services come in packages of 5 or 10 issues, to be used over a period of 1 year. The issues can relate to:

• Any of our software for which you have a license;
• EUROCONTROL's eAIP pack: the specification, the style sheets, the DTD, etc.
• Any technology related to the eAIP: XML, XSLT, XSL-FO, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PDF.

An issue is consumed from the package only if we can give you an answer, in a timely manner, on the path you will need to follow to solve the issue. We guarantee that we have the resources needed to respond to any issue you have. Note that an issue may involve several emails or phone conversations: it is not just a single-question-and-answer kind of support.
