Privacy
General
Synclude respects your privacy. On our Web sites, we keep usual logs about your visit, without any individual information (except possibly your IP address, depending on your network configuration). We use this information to improve our Web site. We may use this information for security purpose as well.
We obviously keep individual information about our clients and partners, for the normal course of our business with them. However, we keep this information private inside our company and disclose it internally on a need-to-know basis only.
Spam mail
We do NOT send unsollicited bulk emails, neither for ourselves nor for our clients or partners. We have never sent such emails and we will never do that in the future. We do not buy nor sell email addresses. This is simply not our business.
An increasing number of spammers are forging the sender email address in their spam emails (which is actually very easy to do). This means that you might receive spam email apparently from Synclude, even though we never sent such email. At your option, you can simply ignore and delete such emails, forward them to us (we might be able to use them as evidence for legal or administrative action), or report them to anti-spam organisations.
Fighting Spam
Synclude helps fighting spam: we are using SPF, a forgery prevention technique. SPF works by allowing a receiving mail server to check if an email was sent from an authorised mail server. Thanks to SPF, your mail server can automatically check if an email apparently coming from Synclude.com is legitimate. You can find more on SPF Web site.
